With lots of new projects in the works, Konami just doesn't seem interested in revisiting Kojima's take on the franchise.
Sam Bridges must brave a world utterly transformed by the Death Stranding. Sadly absent from the proceedings, however, was any mention of "P.T." The canceled project never even received a mention from any of the announcers or interviewees during the showcase, further cementing the idea that "P.T." isn't coming back. From legendary game creator Hideo Kojima comes an all-new, genre-defying experience. While fans didn't get answers to every lingering question – especially with one rumored project notably missing from the big showcase - they still got a tantalizing look at the future of the franchise.
These included a remake of the classic " Silent Hill 2," a "deep psychological horror" game known as " Silent Hill: Townfall," and the mysterious " Silent Hill f." In addition to these games, an exciting interactive experience called " Silent Hill: Ascension" was revealed, along with a new movie, "Return to Silent Hill." In a massive showcase dubbed the " Silent Hill Transmission," Konami unveiled a series of new games and other projects currently in the works.
